From what I've heard from students:
The VCOM schools
KCU
OU-HCOM
MSU
Rowan-Virtua
Touro California & Nevada
TCOM
WVSOM
SHSU-COM

I'm not sure about all the other schools. I have on my list here which ones are OMM heavy. Haven't finished that data for all the schools though:

Thank you so much!

KCU is not that OMM heavy. I know that AT-still does 8 hours of OMM labs a week though
The question was 'which schools are OMM light?"
So that first list I put is the schools that are light. I referred OP to the list because some of the heavy OMM schools are listed there.

My bad, I can't read.

I would consider AZCOM to be light on OMM as far as time investment goes.
Lab is about 1.5 hrs/week. My total time investment outside of labs every quarter, for the entire OMM course, is probably <20 hours.

Unfortunately, it does win for "most unpleasant + overzealous faculty" though. Trade-off, I guess.

Touro is your best bet on this one.
OMM faculty are notoriously unpleasant and awful. KCU Joplin has some notorious professors.
