When applying to residency programs, do you need to send them a transcript just from the school at which you received your PharmD, or do you also need to send them transcripts from all other previously attended universities and colleges as well? Thanks. :)

All of the programs require transcripts; however, sometimes they don't mention whether they want all trasnscripts or just those from pharmacy school. If you ask then they will probably say that they prefer transcripts from every institution attended; however, if you only send your transcripts from pharmacy school they typically don't then ask for your undergrad transcripts. If they don't specify which transcripts you may want to ask just to make sure. If you have some blemishes on the undergrad transcript that you don't really want to advertise than just send the pharmacy transcript and take the chance that no one will ask about.

Honestly the transcript doesn't matter that much as long as you graduate with >/= 3.0 in Pharm School. Many programs have started using a point system where the GPA gets a certain amount of points depending on range (Example: 2.5-2.99 = 2 points; 3.0-3.5 = 4 points; 3.5-4.0 = 6 points), but other things will also be scored such as pharmacy experience, CV, reccommendation letters, presentation (if required), etc. Most of the programs aren't that competitive to get into depending on the amount of people applying for that year and spots available so if you get an interview at the desired site then how well you present yourself and seem like a good fit for the program may be large determinants in whether you get a spot at the program.
