NSU-COM offers a DO/MBA... not too sure on the specifics.

I'm a recent graduate of the DO/MBA program at PCOM and it is a great program. You start your MBA courses the summer after your 1st year and continue them for two straight years, mostly at night, until graduation. Your MBA is completed at St. Joseph's University, which is somewhat well known in the area, but regardless the education is great. You should consider it.
