dont study FOR the exam, but just do general studying so that when the exam comes around each year, you are better and better prepared for it. certainly dont waste practice tests and practice questions for the ITE exam. save those for the actual boards
ITEs are a Joke with almost same questions asked every year...anyway they are quite easy and if you are in a busy clinical program and get to see a good variety of patients than you ll probably do very well as they ask stuff you see every day
