just buy them a 2 inch block of wood. its cheaper, and the surgeons will get the same amount out of it
Reminds me of the time my partner turned an EKG upside down and showed it to surgeon while explaining why his case was canceled. Surgeon studied EKG with him and nodded in agreement with his explanation of what was wrong with it.

No, real pathology.

Same surgeon who wouldn’t talk to me for weeks. On pre-op visit I advised family of Child’s class C patient that I wouldn’t have Whipple performed on my family member and they refused scheduled surgery. Patient died 2 days later. Minister sent me a letter thanking me for my honesty.
