That is a downward trend, but it's not just due to the one C- in philosophy. They'll certainly note that the C- is in philosophy and not in an upper division science class. And adcoms will probably also know if your university if known for grade deflation.

Basically there is nothing you can do about previous grades. So don't think or brood about it. If you haven't taken the MCAT, work your tail off to get a high score. I don't recommend volunteering what you wrote here unless you are specifically asked about the C- or the dip in grades. And if you are asked, make sure you come across as succinctly taking responsibility not for taking the class, but for making a mistake during the test, which was 70% of your grade. Then (and now) move on.

Haven't taken the MCAT yet, but have been averaging ~515 for my official practices. I found out the reason why I did so bad on the final was that I forgot to do the entire backside of an exam, not because I missed a question...

I assume that this would be a reasonable excuse right?
I assume you won't be making that mistake again, especially on the MCAT.

That would provide context for the low grade on the final. Yes. But do say it was your mistake. Don't blame anyone or anything else.

~515 sounds good. I hope you get that or higher.

You talked about it before, but do you think I should elaborate in the section where you could add more info on why I had such a significant dip in GPA my senior year or would that be highlighting the issue? For context, I would've had a 3.7~ GPA my senior year if it weren't for this class. I'm just super annoyed that it looks like I did bad in my upper division courses at my T20 because of this one class.
it's a tough call and i can argue it either way, but I don't think so. They'll see that the C- was in philosophy and not in a science course. No offense, and I suspect you know it, but not checking the other side of the paper was not exactly brilliant and might be construed as a lack of attention to detail. So I don't think you should call attention or volunteer the info. However if asked, just answer honestly, provide context, express regret at the bonehead error and move one. Don't dwell on it (now or in an interview.)

Focus on the MCAT and submitting the best app you can.

Thank you for your help so far. Is there anything else I should do other than do really well on the MCAT? I'm just worried since I've down "everything right" so far during my premed journey just to ruin things at the end. Would you consider this trend to be a red flag?
You deleted the original post, so I'm lost what you refer to here ("this trend"... you've taken exams and skipped PAGES of questions before????). I would get off mentally traveling Self-Sabotage Boulevard by having the discipline to focus until a task is complete. If you still have trouble, either find a learning specialist or a counselor.

Trust the process.

IMO that is not a reasonable excuse. How did you miss a whole page? Obviously you didn’t turn it over, but why? You are applying to med school. Skipping a whole page on an exam isn’t an excuse for anything. Nothing you can do now but move on, stop worrying and do better. Please don’t use that as an excuse. Don’t mention it. Your grades are your grades. Move on, do better and be careful.

You deleted your initial post so it's hard to say, and if i recall, your post focused on your grades and specially the c- in a philosophy class.

You can make sure that your essays and apps are as good as they can be and ace the MCAT. I can't give additional suggestions because I don't have more info.
